Wave Degree

The relative size or timeframe of a wave structure.

Common degrees include:

  • Grand Supercycle
  • Supercycle
  • Cycle
  • Primary
  • Intermediate
  • Minor
  • Minute

NEoWave Association

NEoWave places more emphasis on the price/time/complexity consumption of waves, in relation to others, rather than focusing on the naming of those degrees.

According to Glenn Neely's NEoWave approach, same-degree patterns should not typically be:

  • More than 3x the time of a same-degree pattern
  • More than 3x the price of a same-degree pattern
  • More than 3x the complexity of a same-degree pattern

A wave of higher degree should generally:

  • consume more time than a lower-degree pattern
  • consume more price than a lower-degree pattern
  • contain greater complexity than a lower-degree pattern
