Question of the Week: 3/31/2021
When applying Fibonacci relationships to markets, what is the best approach?
Fibonacci relationships work well for predicting the extent of a future price move but they do not work as well for projecting the Time consumption of future waves. In addition, when applying price relationships, they are more likely to exist from the beginning to end of a wave pattern rather than from the lowest to highest point reached during that wave pattern.
